This is a student design from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I've seen a lot of brilliant work from Brazilian designers, when looking through periodicals like Print and Lurzer's Int'l Archive. This work has a really fun illustration that directly conflicts with the message hidden within. Great bit of trickery, and a fantastic alternative to the typical scared straight tactic that most anti-texting and driving PSA's seem to utilize.
